Fruit Sour

Our nutritious fruit sour loaf is made from a mixture of spelt and wheat flour that has been organically grown in the UK. The fruit used is a mix of juicy figs, apricots, prunes and currants, making it soft, moist and utterly delicious. Toasted almonds are also added for texture contrast. To give this lovely loaf a touch of sweetness – in the most natural way possible, with no refined sugars – we add a little grated parsnip and drizzles of honey ahead of baking.
