This long-shaped loaf delivers a complex flavour with beautiful sour notes. It has a very moist crumb and is dark in colour and, as we’ve used flour made from freshly stone-ground UK grains, it also contains a lot of the minerals and nutrients that would be lost in conventional milling.

Some of the flour used in our Mastercrafted range comes from Gilchesters Organics, a family-run company that combines the traditional art of stone milling with a number of historical grains, all grown in harmony with their surroundings.
