Salted Emmer

A gorgeous loaf made entirely with British-grown grains, including emmer, a distinctive landrace variety. It’s slowly fermented, yeasted, and has a beautiful, delicate, nutty flavour. We bake it in moulds to ensure a crisp and crunchy base, and top with a full-flavoured extra virgin olive oil and Maldon sea salt, which respectively delivers a moist crumb and a textured surface.
